With our annual Welcome Celebration, we once again welcomed everyone who has joined the Athesia family over the past months.For Athesia, the Welcome Day is far more than just a date in the calendar. It is a day filled with opportunities to connect, gain fresh insights and engage in meaningful conversations. Many of our new employees took the opportunity to spend a special afternoon away from the everyday work routine, together with their guests and members of the leadership team.

Guided tours of the printing facilities with Benjamin Rauch, David Meraner, Harald Ambach and Michael Munter, a delicious buffet, music and entertainment provided plenty of opportunities to get to know one another, build new relationships and reconnect with familiar faces. The panel discussion, charmingly moderated by Astrid Staffler and Dieter Fink, was met with applause. Members of the holding management team Michl Ebner (CEO), Christian Unterhofer (CFO), Peter Stürz (COO) and Georg Ebner (CDO) shared personal insights and more than a few light-hearted anecdotes.

There was laughter and lively discussion throughout the celebration, along with a renewed sense of being part of something bigger. The Welcome Day celebration was, and continues to be, a day of connection and a reminder of how much togetherness matters at Athesia and how valuable community truly is.
