Today, the group operates across a wide range of industries: tourism, online media, advertising, calendars, and renewable energy, while also holding investments in finance and real estate. The business activities of the Athesia Group are organised into divisions and comprise 25 companies under operational management, located in South Tyrol, Trentino, other regions of Italy, as well as Austria and Germany. The predominantly family-owned corporate group is structured as a joint-stock company and is overseen and coordinated by the Board of Directors of E&E Holding & Consulting GmbH (pursuant to Art. 2497 ff of the Italian Civil Code). Day-to-day management is entrusted to the Holding Management of Athesia AG, which consists of four members.
