Following the successful launch last year, this spring was once again dedicated to Athesia’s anniversary trips for long-serving employees. A total of five three-day trips were on offer – extended as an invitation from the Group, fully funded by Athesia and, of course, all-inclusive. What all these trips had in common was a clear and meaningful message: we are grateful for your commitment. With these anniversary trips, Athesia sends a strong signal of recognition and appreciation.

This year, more than 100 employees were invited – in other words, all those who had celebrated at least ten years of service or a significant milestone anniversary (full or half) within one of the Group’s companies in the previous year. The three destinations each offered a distinct programme focus: in Cremona, Parma and Modena, participants enjoyed ample opportunities to sample regional specialities and admire the historic buildings, squares and cathedrals. The charming Slovenian capital, Ljubljana, delighted visitors with a blend of nature experiences and boat trips, while a cycling tour through the rolling hills of Goriška Brda provided a more active highlight. A festive atmosphere also accompanied the trip to Stuttgart, featuring highlights such as a musical, the Mercedes-Benz Museum and, of course, a visit to the traditional festival tent at the Wasn during the Stuttgart Spring Festival.

For Athesia, anniversary trips are far more than simply a shared break: they are a heartfelt expression of thanks to loyal employees, an opportunity to create shared experiences that bring people together and leave lasting memories.
